Gourmet meat cuts and grinds are our specialty. We can slice it, dice it, frenched, ground…anyway you want it. We offer a wide selection of locally and nationally sourced beef, pork, lamb, veal and poultry products. If you don’t see it on our product list then chances are our distribution network can find what you are looking for.
DELI MEATS & CHEESES
Brewer Food Service is well known for it’s Italian deli meat staples such as capicola, cotto salami, pepperoni and genoa salami. We also offer various preparations of ham, roast beef, corned beef, turkey and pastrami all sliced to order or provided whole. Our cheeses range from your standard cheddar, monteray jack, mozzarella and swiss cheeses to your italian provolone or parmesan selections.
SPECIALTY MEATS & FOODS
One of the essential services we offer our customers is providing access to many of the specialty meat items large distributors can’t or won’t provide at the quantities our customers need. This includes pork and beef items such as: cheek, bone marrow, tripe, trepass, feet, stomach, pork belly and tongue.
